Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy:       

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. After you email us to request a return, we will get back to you within 24 hours of the business day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a   receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Shipping costs for returning a product will be borne by the Easunpower store or the customer in the following cases.

1.Easunpower will pay the return shipping fee if the reason for the return is caused by our mistake.

For example

The product delivered was defective and could not be repaired with replacement parts.
Easunpower sent the wrong item.
Easunpower sent the wrong address.
Easunpower sent a duplicate order.
The product fails within the 30-day return period. (The customer should follow the instructions in the product manual to install and operate the product correctly).
Explanation of special circumstances: In case of quality problems of the product, the customer needs to return the product to the designated Easunpower store warehouse within the European Union, and the Easunpower will bear the shipping cost. However, if the user's return address is different from the original shipping address (e.g., if the shipping address is within the EU but the return address is in a remote or international location), resulting in shipping costs in excess of the Easunpower Store's original shipping costs, the user will be responsible for paying the additional shipping costs.

IMPORTANT

For merchandise that arrives damaged or defective, the customer must provide video or photos to prove that the merchandise arrived damaged or faulty. If the customer refuses or fails to provide video or photos of the claimed faulty/damaged merchandise, the return will be considered “buyer's remorse” and the customer will be responsible for sending back the merchandise.

If the customer claims that the item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide proof of this prior to returning the item, without exception.

If a return request for a damaged/defective item can be repaired with simple parts and support, we can offer the option to replace the part at no charge, or if the customer feels that this would be an easier way to resolve the issue, we can also offer advice on how to repair your item so that you don't have to ship a large item back.

Once we receive an item approved for return, we will inspect it for condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a refund within 3 business days.

2. Return shipping fee is paid by the customer.

If the return is due to the customer's mistake, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and the shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Costs vary by region.

Easunpower will provide the customer with a prepaid return shipping label and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

It is important to note that any orders that are offered special shipping rates will be deducted from our actual outgoing shipping costs.

After the 30-day return period, if the product is faulty or does not work, the customer can use the Easunpower Warranty Policy to repair it. Please refer to the Easunpower Warranty Policy for details.

As we have warehouses in different locations to receive returns, please contact Easunpower Customer Service via email (avy@easunpower.com) for a return address.

Refund Policy

Customers can return or refund the product within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the customer will automatically receive a refund for the original method of payment within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for the payment bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund.

Customers can request a return for a refund if one of the following conditions is met:

Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, the customer finds that the product was damaged during transportation and can provide proof of damage;
Within 30 days of receipt of the goods, the customer finds that the product is grossly inconsistent with the description of the original product in one or more important respects;
Within 30 days of receipt of the goods by the customer, the customer discovers that the product has suffered a performance failure that is not due to human damage. The customer shall assist us in completing all product tests, and both parties shall confirm that the product does have quality problems.

Order Cancellation

Easunpower will normally dispatch your order within 1-3 working days. To cancel an order, please contact Easunpower as soon as possible to cancel the order, if the product has not been shipped, the customer will get a refund within 12 hours.
When the customer cancel the order but the product has been shipped, the customer needs to reject the package in person and the refund will be processed within 3 working days after the package is returned to the warehouse.
